Situation: Ninjacart, a key player in the agritech sector, had established itself with over ₹1,000 crore in revenue. However, they wanted to scale further by increasing their customer base, enhancing brand loyalty, and communicating their value proposition more effectively.
Task: Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive both revenue growth and brand engagement while positioning Ninjacart for significant future expansion.
Action: Created a 360-degree campaign centered around eight major growth levers, including initiatives like the Ninja Premiere League, Ninja Tradeshow, and NinjaGuru, to boost brand love and drive revenue. These levers were designed to increase engagement, build trust, and create an emotional connection with target customers.
Result: The campaign aimed to drive a 42% year-on-year revenue growth, contributing an incremental ₹260 crore in revenue within 12 months. This was a two-week consultancy project, completed with a team of six as part of the 10xer Club.
