Hold My Beer

Situation: As part of the 10xer Club, I worked on launching Hold My Beer, a sports merchandise koozie brand. The task was to handle the brand's marketing from concept to the moment people could start placing orders.

Task: Build the brand and execute its marketing strategy end-to-end, covering everything from initial research to launching the product.

Action:

  • Market Research: Conducted research using the "Mom Test" to validate product-market fit and gather genuine user insights.
  • Brand Positioning: Charted out the brand’s positioning, defined key user insights, and developed the brand guidelines.
  • E-commerce Website: Designed and built a growth-oriented e-commerce website to ensure seamless customer experience and conversions.
  • Launch Plan: Created a detailed launch plan, which included organizing a large-scale launch event to drive buzz and orders.

Result:

  • The Raksha Bandhan campaign generated significant traction, increasing SOV and resulting in a notable spike in orders.
  • The social media pivot created stronger engagement with the target audience, enhancing the brand’s relevance among premium millennials.
